ABOUT
Nicolas Buiron was born and raised in France. And, as you would expect from a Frenchman, Nicolas is passionate about introducing you to all things French; literature, food, music and especially language.
Teaching Style
Nicolas’ approach to teaching is very French—relaxed, structured, and elegant.
Nicolas uses internationally recognised teaching materials, and uses this structure to give you a firm foundation. The lesson plans act as a measure of progress.
Nicolas has a reputation for effective teaching via Skype. He has worked with students in Canada, UK, Italy and France.
This method of remote tuition is ideally suited to busy executives who wish to maintain their language learning on the road, as well as students who don’t have access to a cultured teacher of French with a native French accent.
REVIEWS
“I had to have some basic French in order to open up my employment options with the Government. I was starting with no French at all. I was at level A1. The ground floor. And with Nicolas’ teaching system and this enthusiasm, I went up to level C2 in two years. What’s level C2? That’s comfortable fluency on a wide range of topics---with low stress! I’d recommend Nicolas.” - Golshifteh Farahani
“I’m no good at languages. That’s what I learnt at school. I was a good student in most subjects-except French. I came last in every test during the two years I studied. And then some work in Quebec (and a family vacation in France) forced me to learn French basics. Nicolas is a brilliant teacher. In the two years I have received lots of compliments about my French and especially my accent. Importantly, he gave this adult learner the confidence to ‘have a go. Merci Nicolas” - Iwan Jenkins
